Description
Wella Base Breaker offer natural hair brightening between highlights or highlights. It brightens a level and neutralizes warmth tone to soften darker areas. Formulated for natural hair from level 6 to 8.

Ratio
- Mix 1: 1 with Welloxon Perfect Pastel 6 volume peroxide for half a level of lift and soft tone
- Mix 1: 1 with Welloxon Perfect 10 volume peroxide for one level of lift and a more intense tone
Development time
- Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the desired result
