Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order is complete and fulfilled a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to track your package at all times.

If you are a registered customer and have an account with us you will also be able to track you orders in your purchase history section.

Backorders

Sometimes items available can be in backorder. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you by e-mail to inform you of additional shipping delay.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we will ship your entire order once the backordered items come back into stock. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you by e-mail to inform you of additional shipping delay.
