A specially formulated gel developer for use with Aloxxi Blonde78 Liquid Acid Toners, creating the ideal gel texture when mixed with OxiGel Developer.

How to use
- Mix OxiGel Developer and Blonde78 Liquid Acid Toner
- Blend until smooth and apply using a bottle or bowl and brush
- Mixing ratio: 1:1
- Development time, at room temperature, between 5 and 20 minutes, depending on the desired result
