how to use

  • Remove existing nail lacquer with "OPI Expert Touch Remover"
  • Trim and shape nails as desired
  • Push back the cuticles
  • Optional: Apply a base coat "OPI Base Coat"
  • Apply two coats of your Nail Lacquer
  • Optional: Apply the finishing coat with the "OPI Top Coat"
  • For a manicure that's dry to the touch in minutes, apply 2 drops of "OPI DripDry" to each nail
