How to get Silver Blond Hair?

Step 1: Lifting/Bleaching/Lightening...whatever you want to call it!

The secret lies in the lightening and, believe us, this process merits its own article! To obtain the Venetian blonde of your dreams, your hair must absolutely be a very pale yellow (yes, yellow – don’t panic!). Professionals call these levels 9 or 10.

Since the goal of decoloring is to remove the natural pigment from the hair, you need to apply a new pigment. This is where toners come in!

Step 2: Toner is key to achieve the perfect result!

Now that your hair resembles a chick’s feathers, it’s time to use a toner. You need to choose the product that will correspond to the desired intensity of the ash pigment.

Step 3: Maintenance

Toners are semi-permanent dyes, meaning that the colour will disappear gradually. It’s important to maintain the ash blonde colour and, happily, there is a panoply of products for this purpose on the market. Choose shampoos and treatments containing violet pigments to neutralize unwanted yellow tones.

Of course, we strongly recommend consulting a professional before starting the bleaching and toning process. Even the most seasoned colorists can struggle to achieve a perfect white blonde look. And keep in mind that any hair transformation requires patience!
