HOW TO USE

Remove existing nail lacquer with "OPI Expert Touch Remover"
Trim and shape nails by filing in one direction only to prevent breakage
Push back the cuticles
Apply a base coat "OPI Base Coat"
Apply two coats of Nail Lacquer with one shade of "OPI Nail Lacquer"
Apply the finishing coat with the "OPI Top Coat"
For a manicure that's dry to the touch in minutes, apply 2 drops of "OPI DripDry" to each nail
