How to use

Apply to lengths 1 oz of Color Charm Powder Lightener with 1.5 or 2 oz of Wella developer (20, 30 or 40 volume) in a non-metallic bowl
Apply to roots 1 oz of Color Charm Powder Lightener with 2oz of wella 20 volume developer
Do not exceed the recommended time
