How to use

Apply after a Blondor lightening service at the basin to neutralize warm, brassy tones and achieve a beautifully blended blonde.
Mixing Recommendations:
Express Toning: Mix 1:2 with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect Pastel for quick, reliable toning. Base Breaking & Toning: Mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect Developer to gently lift roots while toning lengths and ends, blending demarcation lines for premium blonde results.
