HOW TO USE

Soak feet in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes to soften the skin.
Lightly dry feet with a towel.
Use the intense grit side to remove dead skin and the thickest calluses.
Move gently and evenly without pressing too hard to avoid irritation.
Flip the file and use the medium grit side to soften the treated area and smooth the skin.
Pass evenly over the desired surface.
Rinse and dry your feet.
Apply moisturizing cream or foot balm for even softer skin.
After use, rinse the file with warm water and let it air dry.
